Minca, a small town in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, located about 15 km from the city, at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level, offers an exuberant nature. Famous for its pleasant climate, Minca offers, in its surroundings, numerous coffee farms and rivers. Its fauna and flora is well known in the world.

COFFE
FARMS
- The Victoria Farm
One of the oldest. Located about 8 kms from the center of Minca. You can get there walking or by motorcycle. The entrance fee is 15 000 cop per person and is open every day between 9 am and 5 pm.
- Candelaria Farm
Located about 45 minutes walk from the center of Minca, this beautiful farm offers coffee and cocoa tours.
CASCADES
- Marinka
Located about 50 minutes walk from downtown Minca. Entrance fee is $10.000 COP per adult and $5.000 COP per child.
- Pozo Azúl
About 40 minutes walking from town. It is usually very crowded on weekends.

TREK A
KENNEDY HILL
Hike 24 km, to reach about 3200 meters above sea level, go through different climates and enjoy the change of vegetation. The views from there are incredible especially in the early morning when the sky is clear, you can see the snowy peaks of the Sierra Nevada (5800m). You can arrange a motorcycle if you don’t want to walk, or rent one.
